What this agreement covers
These terms govern your use of arcadeai.pro. Arcade AI is a free design tool with no accounts and no payments, so most of what follows is about two things: what you may do with the designs you generate, and what the maker preview is and is not.
The service
Arcade AI accepts a written description of a product and returns design images generated from it. The service is provided free of charge, without registration, and on an as-is basis. We may change, limit or withdraw features at any time, including the categories offered and the rate at which the generator can be used.
Your rights in the designs you generate
We claim no ownership of the images you generate. You may use them personally and commercially: as a reference, in a mood-board or client presentation, in your own portfolio, or as a brief handed to a maker or manufacturer you engage yourself. You may modify them, print them and incorporate them into your own work.
No physical goods are made, sold or shipped
This is the most important clause on the page. Arcade AI manufactures nothing. It sells nothing. It ships nothing. There is no checkout, no basket, no supplier network and no fulfilment of any kind. Using this site never results in a physical object being produced or delivered to you or to anyone else.
The maker preview is a simulation
The see-it-made step renders a visualisation of how your design might look as a finished piece. It runs in your browser, contacts no maker, reserves no materials and places no order. Its progress steps are illustrative. Treat it as a way to judge a design in context and never as evidence that anything is being produced.
Acceptable use
Do not use Arcade AI to generate material that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or right of publicity. Do not attempt to circumvent the rate limiting or bot protection, and do not resell access to the generator itself. We may block access that breaches this section.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. Generated designs may contain inaccuracies and are not manufacturing specifications; anyone producing a physical object from one should have it checked by a competent maker. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the site or its output.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, the remedy is simply to stop using the site — there is no subscription to cancel and no account to close.
